Which Terms Apply

The terms and conditions in place at your time of order will apply, as we may change them at any time. They will preside, even if contradictions are found elsewhere.

Pricing and Payment

Customers outside the European Union (EU) may be required to pay IMPORT DUTY and LOCAL TAXES on delivery, which is not included within our price.

If there is a mistake in our pricing we'll give your the opportunity to confirm at the correct price or cancel your order.

All offers, discounts and donation schemes may be withdrawn at any time.

Payment must be made using our secure online checkout.

Delivery

If you require your delivery for a particular date, you must select a next day or courier delivery service. All other delivery dates are estimated. If the delivery company fails to deliver on time, we cannot be held liable.

A signature may be required on delivery; otherwise a card may be left with re-delivery details.

If a delivery is damaged please contact us as soon as possible (preferably the same day).

If a delivery does not arrive when expected you must retain all packaging with postal marks in case we can recover the delivery costs.

UK deliveries are declared lost after 15 working days**. Please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

International deliveries (outside the UK) are declared lost after 20 working days** for europe and 25 working days** worldwide. If your delivery is lost or delayed we can only refund or send a replacement after this time.

If we send out a replacement and the original goods also arrive, you must notify us and return one of the items within 7 days or you will be liable for the original goods, replacement goods and delivery charges.

** Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Faulty Goods

If you find goods to be faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible and state what is faulty, so we can arrange for a replacement, repair or refund.

If goods are later found to not be faulty, we may charge you for related expenses and delivery services to investigate the fault.

Goods are not considered faulty unless you follow the manufacturers instructions and use the goods for their intended purpose.

Returning Goods

We can help with the return process and keep you updated, if you contact us first to obtain a "return reference" and return address.

"Directive on Consumer Rights" - Your Right to Cancel

If you decide for any reason not to keep the goods, you may return them for a refund; providing you agree :-

- to tell us (via email, letter or phone) within 14 days of delivery of your goods. We can confirm your cancellation via email
- the goods were not personalised or made to your requirements
- returned goods must be sent to us within 14 days of requesting the return (deciding to withdraw from the contract)
- to keep proof of posting (free for post office returns) and return goods with adequate insurance
- we will refund the original delivery charge if it was our cheapest delivery option; but not if you requested a specific service (such as a courier service)
- when you request a "Return Reference" we may offer you a FREEPOST return address, otherwise you will pay for return postal costs. (bulky items, such as furniture, may cost from £10 to £50 to return)
- refunds are issued after goods have been received or when proof of postage has been provided
- if you are outside the UK, we will comply with any additional distance selling rules your country requires
- using our FREEPOST address outside these time limits will incur a charge of £4.00 for return postage under 2kg; or the actual cost to us for heavier items
- you are not a trade or business

You may return goods to us in any condition, but we may ask you to pay us compensation up to the full value of the order if they cannot be sold as new, with all packaging. You may only handle and inspect goods in the same mannor as you would be allowed to do in a shop.

For hygiene reasons personal care products, bedding and sleeping bags cannot be sold as new if used or washed. Also matresses may not have any seal opened.

Liability

Some products are not suitable to be given to babies or children and should be kept out of reach. Please be careful when unpacking goods, especially products that contain glass (such as photo frames), there is always the possibility they could break during transit.

Our maximum liability to you shall not be more than the value of the goods.

All sizes, weights and colours are intended as a guide and product specifications may be changed without prior notice.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if we or third party agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We offer no warranty of any kind that our website and emails will be free of viruses and errors. We do not accept any responsibility for the content, monitoring and internet cookies of other web sites we link to; which also applies to their content embedded within our webpages (such as YouTube).

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights or exclude any liability we are not permitted to do so by law.
